職場新人英語對話技巧
第一天到公司上班，是不是心情有點緊張?怎樣才能給上級和同事留下一個良好印象呢?雖然你已經過五關斬六將，通過了公司的招聘考試，但你還是沒有十分的把握。我們來一起看看某家外企的新成員Annie Hall是如何得體地處理她工作中的第一天的。
Annie: Good Morning. Let me introduce myself. My name's Annie Hall and I'm new here.
Peter: Pleased to meet you. I'm Peter Alan, assistant to the Personnel Manager. Welcome to our company.
你看，初次見面其實非常簡單，就是三步曲：問候--介紹--對方回答。不過在不同的場合，步驟也不盡相同。
在正式場合中, 要用"Good morning/afternoon或How do you do"，同時要"握握手"來顯示你的誠意。當然不要忘了微笑一下，因為微笑是消除隔閡、溝通心靈的最好方法。
而在非正式場合中，比如年輕人之間或平時的聚會中，我們就可以放松一下，不單穿著隨便，而且只需招手致意，問候語用簡單的"Hi"或者 "Hello!"就可以了。
另外，作為新人，應該主動與同事交往，所以要先作自我介紹，除了"Let me introduce myself. My name's Annie Hall"，你還可以說"Let me introduce myself. My name's Annie." 或者"I'm Annie. "
作完了自我介紹，Annie希望Peter能把她介紹給經理或其他人。我們來聽聽她是怎么說的：
Annie: Could you introduce me to the manager?
Peter: Of course. Ms. Hall. Mr. White, let me introduce you to Ms. Annie Hall, the new clerk in your department.
White: How do you do. I'm Alex White. We're going to be working together.
Annie: How do you do. I've been looking forward to meeting you, Mr. White.
她用了句型 "Could you introduce me to sb.?" 這顯得很有禮貌。另外你還可以這樣說：
1. I haven't met your managing director yet. (我還沒有見到你們的總裁。)
2. I don't know anyone here. You'll have to introduce me.(這里的人我都不認識。您得給我作介紹。)
如果情況相反，需要你把某人介紹給其他人，下面的句子可以幫你這個忙：
1. Let me introduce you to our managing director. (請讓我把您介紹給我們的總裁。)
2. I'll introduce you to our managing director. This is Mr. Johnson, our managing director.(我會把你介紹給我們的總裁。這是約翰生先生，我們的總裁。)
最后，還要記得初次見面時必不可少的一句話，就是"Nice to meet you.(見到您很高興。)"每當對方報上姓名時，你一定要記得說這句話。當然用"Glad to meet you." 或"Pleased to meet you."也可以。
為了加深對方的印象，你還可以加上你對對方的贊揚：I've heard a lot about you. (久聞大名。)
得體的介紹和問候會給對方留下美好印象，但是你不能虎頭蛇尾呀，告別也要無可挑剔。常用的告別語有：
1. It was very nice to have met you.
2. It was nice meeting you.
3. Hope to see you again.

一、說話要有善意
當你懷著一股惡意去攻擊別人時，不管你嘴上說的言詞多么動聽，對方也絕對可以感受到你的不善。而當你滿懷善意真誠地與人交流，和對方兩眼對視，對方也一定可以感受到你的心理。所以對于一個善良的人，就算言詞并不動聽，對方也會愿意與你交流，或者建立友誼。

說話幽默風趣的人常常很受歡迎，但是大家要注意的是，幽默也是要看場合的。同事間的閑聊當然可以幽默搞笑，可以讓打好人際關系，但是在和上司老板說話時，那就一定要非常嚴肅以待了，不然老板會覺得你不重視和他的對話，而且會有種不尊重人的感覺。
