很多孩子之所以會(huì)膽怯緊張，很大程度上都是因?yàn)槿狈ψ孕牛绕涫且恍┬愿癖容^內(nèi)向，自尊心又很強(qiáng)的孩子，他們往往認(rèn)為自己不如別人。
實(shí)際上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
