　　【點(diǎn)評(píng)】這是一份采用書信格式寫的請(qǐng)假條。日期是September 28, 日期寫在正文的`右上角。由于請(qǐng)假條的內(nèi)容大多是當(dāng)天、近幾日因病或因事請(qǐng)假，所以不必寫上年份；稱呼是Dear Miss Gao，稱呼寫在左上角。請(qǐng)假條因是向上級(jí)請(qǐng)示，一般以Dear...,或My dear...,開頭。有時(shí)可在Dear之后，用上Mr.或Miss等的稱呼加上姓氏。不過，有一點(diǎn)仍要提醒大家，各種稱呼后面一般都用逗號(hào)。正文談了一件事：I fell off the ladder and hurt my leg, but I wasn''''t badly hurt.
