失敗了怎么辦？認真反思是首先的： 第一，這次失敗的原因是什么？要認真思考，挖掘根本的原因； 第二，你接下來要干什么？確定自己的目標，不要因為失敗不甘心接著走，而是要正確地衡量自己。看看想要什么，自己的優勢在什么地方，弱勢是什么； 第三，確定目標。明確自己想要的，制定計劃。
